课程介绍：

Auditing是会计专业的同学们一门非常重要的必修课，会在大三开始学习。这是一门理论与实际相结合的科目，所以这门课的学习需要同学们把所有的知识点串成一条线，建立一定的逻辑关系，才能考好最后的final。Auditing这门课程，第一要求大家对会计的基础功扎实，第二要求大家要参透理论知识，第三要求大家会联系实际案例。一些同学觉得auditing简单，其实对课程是一知半解，要知道同时做到以上三点是不容易的，特别是如何联系case，如何将理论融入试题和答案中。而这一点，其实就是auditing这门课的考查重点，也是同学们在学习过程中的难点。但是同学们无需害怕，领航老师从最基础的理论知识开始解析，先让大家明白理解知识点，再结合案例以及复习卷，让大家融会贯通，明白如何利用所学内容，从容的应对期末考试。

平时班课程大纲：

第五周，期中复习班：带领大家回顾所学内容，如auditing的定义与意义，f/s的审计 （不涉及审计具体过程与步骤），审计员的职业操守及道德准则，审计员的责任与义务，如何挑选审计客户。

第七周，知识串讲：复习第一到第四周，具体讲解审计风险的判定（重点），审计策略的选择以及审计证据的获得。

第八周，知识串讲以及assignment讲解：主要分析assignment，带领大家首先读懂题，找好运用的知识点，结合案例进行回答。

第九周，知识串讲：复习前七周所学内容，对审计策略以及每个策略对应的审计步骤进行详细解释 （难点，考试重点）。

第十周，知识串讲：对考试必考的审计项目进行讲解，包括sales／expense，account payable／receivable等。

第十一周，知识串讲：如何给出审计结论audit opinion以及对subsequent event的处理（考试重点）。

期末复习大纲：

Auditing and assurance services这门课程，内容较多，知识点杂乱，为了带领大学更好的理解，巩固所学知识，期末班采取10+4的时间安排，第一节至第五节课为期末知识点讲解，最后4小时为讲解sample paper和past paper。同时，根据4学期的auditing大课经验，在平时复习梳理知识点的同时，也会带领大家浏览代表性习题，让大家做到理论知识烂熟于心，case大题下手就会！

第一节课topic 1-3：the demand for auditing, assertions, ethics

内容介绍：

1.简单复习auditing，assurance的定义,重点掌握3个理论

  理解记忆在对f/s进行审计过程中的必要要素(assertions)，同时能够熟练的运用，分辨case中相对应的assertions

  理解记忆auditor所具备的ethics， 如fundamental principle，掌握相对应的threats和safeguards

案例中assertions的辨别

第二节课 topic 4-6：auditor’s liability, client evaluation and audit planning, business risk and audit risk assessment

1.内容介绍：

详细讲解auditor’s liability下所需要同学掌握的5 大case law

复习在选择client之前auditor所需做的3方面工作

解释audit planning的流程

详细讲解fraud triangle及auditor对于fraud的责任

了解business risk，详细解释如何做audit risk assessment

3.难点：

灵活运用case law判断在每一个不同的背景下auditor是否承担liability

第三节课topic7-9：materiality，audit evidence，audit strategy， tests of controls and substantive procedures

1.内容介绍：

介绍从quantitative和qualitative两方面判定materiality level

讲解应该获取何种audit evidence，如何获取audit evidence

详细解释两种audit strategy — tests of control和substantive testings

3.难点：

materiality level的判定

根据不同的case，选取不同的audit strategy

对于specific account，做一套完整的substantive procedures

第四节课topic 10-12：audit sampling，auditing sales and receivables／purchases and payables

1.内容介绍：

了解为何要选去sample，如何选取sample，明白什么是sampling risk和non-sampling risk

联系所学过的audit planning，对sales cycle和purchases cycle里的account进行审计

2.对应章节：

chapter 13: audit sampling

chapter 14: auditing sales & receivables

chapter 15: auditing purchases, payables and payrolls

chapter 16: auditing inventories & PPE

chapter 17: auditing cash & investments

3.难点：

根据不同case判断audit sampling size的大小

对于sales、receivables、purchases、payables等account，需要大家熟练掌握如何根据不同的case进行不同的auditing work，选择materiality level，进行risk assessment，了解ICS, 选择对应的strategy，并且按照strategy实施具体的步骤

第五节课topic 13-14 + overview：subsequent events，audit opinion

1.内容介绍：

详细介绍subsequent events在三个时间段内，auditor所需要做的调整

auditor如何处理going concern等问题

熟练掌握2大类audit opinion

了解auditor communicates with management的内容以及重要性

了解auditor如何完成审计报告

3.难点：

如何找清时间线，进行subsequent events的调整

如何根据case， 给予正确的audit opinion
